Acute and Complex Trauma
Have you experienced something really bothersome or traumatic? It could be that:
You witnessed something awful
Something awful happened to you
There was a near miss that still haunts you
You’re struggling to sleep, eat, work, concentrate, or stay in emotional control
Or maybe your childhood looked normal on the surface, but underneath, it scared you
If any of this feels familiar, you may be experiencing a stress response.
Whatever has happened, I will help you get back on track. Each person’s needs are unique, and I have many tools to help – whether that’s Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help your brain clear the stress response, talk therapy to process and re-frame, or nervous system regulation techniques to calm and integrate. Symptoms of acute stress response and trauma are treatable.
Anxiety
Stress and anxiety can be debilitating. Early on, we might not recognize the constant vibration in our bodies, difficulties concentrating, or the inability to just sit still. We may not understand why we always have to stay busy, or realize that our fears are running the show.
I help you find the root cause of your anxiety. Along the way, we’ll build awareness of what your body is telling you, learn how to calm your nervous system, and challenge the fears holding you back so you can live freely and fully.
Co-dependency and Toxic relationships
Being in toxic relationships or struggling with co-dependency can look like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and feeling like your worth is tied to taking care of others. Often, self-sacrifice becomes part of how you seek attention, safety, security, and love.
These patterns usually have roots in childhood, when your brain learned how to protect you through your stress response. Over time, they can keep you stuck in cycles that don’t serve you

The actual cost for therapy per year will depend on the number of sessions you decide upon for yourself, in conjunction with your therapist. Total charges will depend on the number of sessions per year and can be calculated by multiplying the number of individual therapy sessions received and price per session.
